Your Role
In this position, you will operate under general supervision, delivering engineering, sales, educational, and technical support in response to inquiries from healthcare professionals, patients, and sales teams regarding CRM products. Key responsibilities include:
- Providing clinical and programming assistance to support sales and clinical teams.
- Building strong relationships and trust with customers across various accounts.
- Gaining proficiency in complex programming and case support through product knowledge.
- Engaging with healthcare professionals, purchasing agents, and administrative staff.
- Adhering to regulatory requirements and maintaining positive communication with all stakeholders.
- Offering technical support for implant and procedural cases on a 24-hour on-call basis.
Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare, Life Sciences, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Ability to obtain certification on all CRM products.
- 0-2 years of experience in the medical device sector or a related field.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office or equivalent software for creating presentations.
- Compliance with vendor credentialing requirements, including potential vaccination for COVID-19.
Preferred:
- Willingness to participate in a rotational on-call schedule.
- Flexibility to work varied hours and complete extensive training programs.
