Role Summary: The Clinical Specialist will engage with healthcare professionals, including physicians, hospitals, and clinics, within a designated territory. This role is pivotal in delivering up-to-date information regarding Indivior's products and their approved uses, ensuring optimal product utilization and maximizing the territory's business potential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve established sales and market share objectives through strategic planning and execution.
- Continuously monitor and analyze territory performance, maintaining an effective business plan.
- Ensure timely and accurate documentation and reporting.
- Exhibit a comprehensive understanding of Indivior products and related medical conditions.
- Communicate product information clearly and effectively to healthcare professionals.
- Organize daily activities to optimize time management and sales achievement.
- Maintain a professional image and foster positive relationships with customers.
- Collaborate closely with the Area Sales Manager and other team members.
- Participate in training meetings and represent Indivior at relevant conferences.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in pharmaceutical, medical, or healthcare sales.
- Experience in CNS and Psychiatry preferred.
- Familiarity with injectable products and specialty pharmacy practices is advantageous.
- Strong teamwork and customer service orientation.
- Proficient in computer applications and knowledgeable about the pharmaceutical industry.
