Role Summary: The Clinical Specialist will engage with healthcare professionals, including physicians, hospitals, and clinics, within a designated territory. This role is pivotal in delivering up-to-date information regarding Indivior's products and their approved uses, ensuring optimal product utilization and maximizing the territory's business potential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve established sales and market share objectives through strategic planning and execution.
  • Continuously monitor and analyze territory performance, maintaining an effective business plan.
  • Ensure timely and accurate documentation and reporting.
  • Exhibit a comprehensive understanding of Indivior products and related medical conditions.
  • Communicate product information clearly and effectively to healthcare professionals.
  • Organize daily activities to optimize time management and sales achievement.
  • Maintain a professional image and foster positive relationships with customers.
  • Collaborate closely with the Area Sales Manager and other team members.
  • Participate in training meetings and represent Indivior at relevant conferences.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in pharmaceutical, medical, or healthcare sales.
  • Experience in CNS and Psychiatry preferred.
  • Familiarity with injectable products and specialty pharmacy practices is advantageous.
  • Strong teamwork and customer service orientation.
  • Proficient in computer applications and knowledgeable about the pharmaceutical industry.
