Position Overview

LTD Hospitality Group is in search of dedicated individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional service within the hospitality sector. Key Responsibilities

The Hotel Shuttle Operator will be responsible for transporting hotel guests to and from the airport and other designated locations. The role includes:

  • Safely driving guests to various destinations while adhering to all traffic regulations.
  • Assisting guests with their luggage, ensuring a smooth and pleasant experience.
  • Maintaining punctuality and adhering to scheduled timings.
  • Overseeing the upkeep of the hotel shuttle, including routine checks for cleanliness and functionality.
  • Documenting fuel usage and trip details accurately.
  • Exhibiting honesty and reliability in all interactions with guests and team members.
  • Ensuring the safety and security of passengers and their belongings during transport.
  • Keeping the hotel lobby and common areas tidy and welcoming.
  • Assisting with event preparations as needed.
  • Performing additional tasks as assigned by management.
Qualifications

To excel in this role, candidates should possess the following:

  • Effective verbal communication skills and the ability to follow instructions.
  • Good vision to identify objects and individuals from a distance.
  • A calm demeanor with the ability to make sound decisions in challenging situations.
  • Physical fitness to handle the demands of loading and unloading luggage.
  • A valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
