Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the daily operations of the housekeeping department.
  • Conduct inspections of work completed to ensure compliance with established standards.
  • Address and resolve service complaints and equipment issues.
  • Assess the physical condition of facilities to determine necessary maintenance and cleaning tasks.
  • Evaluate team performance and recommend actions regarding promotions, transfers, or terminations.
