Staybridge Suites Charlottesville Airport is seeking a highly motivated and strategic leader to join our team as a Housekeeping Inspector. As a key member of our hotel operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our housekeeping department meets the highest standards of quality and efficiency.

• Inspect and Evaluate the physical condition of our facilities to determine the type of work required.
• Investigate Complaints about service and equipment, and take corrective action to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Recommend Changes to improve service and increase operational efficiency.
• Confer with Staff to resolve performance and personnel problems, and to discuss company policies.
• Lead by Example and demonstrate a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• Supervise and Coach team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
• Communicate Effectively with colleagues and guests to convey information and resolve issues.

• Thorough Knowledge of emergency procedures and hotel operations.
• Leadership Skills to motivate and inspire team members.
• Excellent Communication Skills, both verbal and written.
• Attention to Detail to ensure high standards of quality and cleanliness.
• Time Management Skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Ability to Lift up to 30 pounds to move luggage, packages, or furniture.
