Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team at Staybridge Suites Charlottesville Airport. As a key member of our housekeeping department, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our hotel rooms and public areas.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Inspect and Evaluate the physical condition of our facilities to determine the type of work required.
  • Investigate and Resolve complaints about service and equipment, and take corrective action.
  • Lead and Manage a team of housekeeping staff to ensure efficient and effective cleaning operations.
  • Evaluate and Improve employee performance, and recommend personnel actions as needed.
  • Recommend Changes to improve service and increase operational efficiency.
  • Communicate Effectively with staff and management to resolve performance and personnel issues.
Requirements:
  • Thorough Knowledge of emergency procedures and hotel operations.
  • Excellent Leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to Work weekends and holidays as needed.
  • Physical Ability to move luggage, packages or furniture weighing up to 30 pounds.
