**Job Summary**
Donohoe Construction Company is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Desk Clerk to join our team. As a Front Desk Clerk, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest services and ensuring a positive experience for our clients.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Check guests in and out of the hotel according to company standards.
- Inform guests about the hotel's facilities, policies, and procedures.
- Handle hotel phone system and transfer calls to appropriate departments or guests.
- Take, modify, and cancel guestroom reservations.
- Deal with inquiries, requests, and complaints from guests and coordinate with other departments to fulfill special requests.
- Perform cashier duties and post phone charges and other miscellaneous charges to guest accounts.
- Notify housekeeping and maintenance of any reported problems with guestrooms or grounds.
- Follow in-house procedures to ensure the security of guests and employees.
- Maintain cleanliness of the Front Office area.
**Additional Requirements:**
- The hotel operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and department schedules must accommodate fluctuating business demands.
- Employees are required to adhere to all work rules, procedures, and policies established by the company.
**Requirements:**
