As a Commercial Sales Graduate, you'll join our rotational program, gaining invaluable experience in key Commercial areas. This immersive program will expose you to essential activities in Retention Sales, Pre-Sales, Customer Adoption & Success, and Business Operations.
In Retention Sales, you'll focus on enhancing customer retention by managing contracts, identifying opportunities, closing deals efficiently, and developing sales skills. In Pre-Sales, you'll acquire in-depth knowledge of our product offerings, understanding technical features, benefits, and competitive advantages.
You'll learn how we connect customers with our products, maximizing their value through customer engagement, product adoption, and educational services in Customer Adoption & Success. In Business Operations, you'll delve into the inner workings of our commercial organization, helping us transform while performing.
We're open to applications from various disciplines, including Business Operations, Data Science, Engineering, Commercial Management, and Customer Relationship Management.
This role is for candidates eligible for full-time work authorization in the United States upon completing their education. You'll be required to undergo a comprehensive background check and drug screen before employment.
Average salary for this position is estimated at $ $110,000. Benefits include competitive pay, high-quality healthcare, 401(k) with employer match, FSA, supplemental insurance, paid parental leave, PTO, sick time, and flexible lifestyle benefits.
