Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Specialist to join our team at Integrated Resources. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide top-quality service to clients through defined numerical goals and targets.
  • Answer inbound and outbound calls, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Enter orders and rework orders, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Prioritize and problem-solve customer issues and concerns, providing solutions that meet their needs.
  • Manage customer late lists, moving late jobs through the lab and communicating with customers.
  • Perform other duties within the customer service department or other areas as assigned.
Requirements
  • High School education or equivalent preferred.
  • At least 1 year of previous related experience and/or training required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
