Job Summary:

As a Customer Service Representative at State Farm Insurance, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service by addressing customer concerns and resolving problems in a professional and efficient manner. You will assist customers with their insurance needs by providing accurate and timely information, process policy changes and updates in the system, and handle incoming calls and emails from customers regarding policy inquiries and claims. You will also collaborate with team members to resolve customer issues and ensure customer satisfaction. Additionally, you will maintain customer records and update information as needed, and stay up to date with insurance products and industry trends to effectively assist customers. You will follow company policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations and guidelines, and meet or exceed performance goals and targets set by the company. You will continuously improve knowledge and skills through training and development opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist customers with their insurance needs by providing accurate and timely information
