Drive strategic growth and innovation in the category by leading market and category analysis, developing strategic frameworks, and delivering actionable insights to Brands and Functions.
Develop and implement category strategies that drive market share gains and long-term sustainable growth.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess short and long-term gaps vs. strategic plans, pipelines, and execution.
Support the development of 3-year market projections for category and brand ambitions across the category.
Track and govern the deployment and execution of key strategic initiatives by designing metrics and KPIs.
Present to c-suite leadership on brand actions and support functional strategy development for all of R&D, Packaging, Product Development, and Corporate Innovation.
**Requirements:**
• Highly developed strategic thinking, influencing skills, flexibility, strong work ethic, excellent oral and written communication.
• Ability to work independently and proactively with all levels of the organization.
• Ability to handle a heavy workload with competing priorities.
• Create and deliver succinct PowerPoint presentations to communicate insights and strategy concisely to stakeholders.
