iRhythm is a pioneering healthcare company that is revolutionizing the way cardiac care is delivered. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Customer Experience Manager.
About the Role
The Customer Experience team is responsible for partnering with internal and external stakeholders to design and execute solutions that improve efficiency and outcomes. As a Customer Experience Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Developing and executing customer experience strategies that drive adoption of our Zio Service.
- Aligning with brand priorities to ensure a seamless and personalized customer experience.
- Creating and leading end-to-end customer experience strategies and differentiated solutions informed by insights, analytics, and best practices.
- Partnering with key stakeholders to align on goals and success metrics of cardiac programs.
- Leveraging career experience and iRhythm tools to create standardized, reproducible experiences for customer engagements.
- Collaborating closely with cross-functional team members to effectively meet the needs of our customers and drive adoption of the Zio service.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 6 years of related experience, or a Master's degree and 4 years of experience.
- Experience in device or clinical sales working with large health systems, or experience working in healthcare in process improvement, cardiovascular leadership, or clinical degree.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to quickly analyze data to glean insights impactful to making recommendations.
- Ability to influence across teams with strong teamwork and collaboration, and a willingness to be flexible to the needs of iRhythm's business goals.
