About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled Customer Experience Associate to join our team at Withpersona. As a key member of our customer success team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring our customers achieve their goals with our identity infrastructure platform.

Key Responsibilities

  • Onboard new customers and provide timely and accurate support to resolve customer issues
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including solutions engineering, customer success, product, and marketing, to collect and synthesize customer feedback that will inform our product roadmap
  • Effectively communicate complex product information to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Track and surface trends in customer issues to inform scalable resources and in-product guidance
  • Develop and maintain documentation, tutorials, and guides to improve the customer experience and scale support
  • Engage with Product and Engineering teams to incorporate and prioritize customer feedback

Requirements

  • Experience in a customer experience, customer support, or product support role, preferably in a SaaS company
  • Strong writing and verbal communication skills, with an emphasis on clarity
  • Ability to communicate complex issues to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Customer empathy and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and evaluate situational urgency
  • Experience with Zendesk, JIRA, and Slack is a plus
