Company Overview:
A prominent private label food producer is expanding its workforce with several Production Operations Supervisors.

Compensation:
$21 - $25 per hour

Position Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and skilled Permanent Production Operations Supervisor to enhance our dynamic manufacturing team.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Oversee and manage daily production operations, ensuring that production goals are achieved while maintaining quality standards.
2. Coordinate and lead the production team, offering guidance, support, and training as necessary.
3. Monitor production costs and ensure efficient use of resources.
4. Collaborate with various departments, including Quality, Engineering, and Supply Chain, to facilitate smooth operations and timely product delivery.
5. Maintain accurate production records, reports, and documentation.
6. Participate in the recruitment and selection of production personnel.
7. Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a production supervisory role within the manufacturing sector.
- Proven track record in managing and coordinating production teams.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and quality control standards.
- Excellent leadership and team management capabilities, with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
- Strong organizational and planning skills, adept at managing multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures relevant to the manufacturing industry.
- Proficiency in production management software and systems.
- Commitment to continuous learning and adaptability to changes and challenges in the manufacturing landscape.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is an advantage.
