Position Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Production Team Lead to become an integral part of our dynamic manufacturing team. This role presents a unique opportunity to contribute to a forward-thinking organization where your efforts will have a significant impact.

As a Production Team Lead, your primary responsibilities will include overseeing and coordinating the daily functions of the production team, ensuring that production goals are achieved while upholding high standards of quality control.

You will play a crucial role in promoting continuous improvement initiatives and cultivating a positive and efficient work atmosphere.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee daily production tasks, ensuring that production goals are met and quality benchmarks are upheld.
  • Supervise and guide the production team, offering support, training, and mentorship as necessary.
  • Implement and uphold safety protocols and regulations to maintain a secure and healthy workplace.
  • Lead continuous improvement efforts, identifying areas for increased efficiency and productivity.
  • Monitor production expenses, ensuring optimal use of resources.
  • Collaborate with departments such as Quality, Engineering, and Supply Chain to ensure seamless operations and timely product delivery.
  • Maintain precise and current production documentation and reports.
  • Encourage a collaborative and productive work environment, fostering teamwork.
  • Participate in the recruitment and selection of production personnel.
  • Conduct performance assessments and provide constructive feedback to team members.

Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years of experience in a production leadership role within the manufacturing sector.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing and coordinating production teams.
  • In-depth knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality assurance standards.
  • Exceptional leadership and team management abilities, with a talent for motivating and inspiring others.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, capable of identifying and implementing effective solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering strong relationships with team members and stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and planning capabilities, adept at managing multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Familiarity with safety regulations and procedures in the manufacturing field.
  • Proficient in production management software and systems.
  • A commitment to ongoing learning and development, with the adaptability to navigate changes and challenges in the manufacturing landscape.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is an advantage.
