Role Summary:
The Client Services Associate plays a crucial role in delivering exceptional support and information to clients regarding various tax obligations and related fees. This position involves a range of responsibilities aimed at ensuring accurate tax account management and effective communication with clients.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist clients by providing detailed information on business, income, and property taxes, along with associated fees.
2. Address inquiries related to business registration and tax matters through both phone and written communication.
3. Conduct research and maintain accurate records of all business tax accounts using an online management system.
4. Review and amend tax accounts that require corrections or refunds.
5. Manage undeliverable refund checks for business and income taxes.
6. Process requests for waivers concerning penalties and interest on selected accounts.
7. Accurately input and update data in the existing database.
8. Identify and register applicable tax liabilities for all taxes and fees administered by the organization.
9. Respond to general correspondence related to business, income, and property taxes.
10. Prepare responses for management review and signature.
11. Track and maintain necessary data for production reporting.

Qualifications:
1. High school diploma or equivalent, with a minimum of two (2) years of experience in a related field.
2. Strong verbal and written communication skills suitable for diverse audiences.
3. Ability to research and interpret tax regulations and policies effectively.
4. Proficiency in basic business applications, including Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Access, etc.).
