ROLE SIGNIFICANCE

The Associate in Client Services plays a crucial role in assisting senior team members with a variety of services, including banking, insurance, charitable contributions, and comprehensive client support. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

The effectiveness of the Client Services team hinges on accuracy, engagement, and trust-building with clients. The following outlines the key responsibilities of a successful Associate:

Task Execution

  1. Assist the Client Services team in managing daily client inquiries, ensuring prompt and thoughtful responses.
  2. Oversee client invoices, facilitating approvals and coordinating with the accounting team for payment tracking.
  3. Review and validate monthly and quarterly client reports, ensuring data integrity and clarity before distribution.
  4. Utilize client financial data to prepare analytical reports for management, collaborating with various departments for necessary information.
  5. Support the management of insurance policies related to client property and casualty needs.
  6. Draft correspondence for senior team members as required.
  7. Help prepare documentation for client foundations, tracking donation activities and preparing performance reports.

Client Support

  1. Assist in providing essential banking services, including credit card applications.
  2. Facilitate transactional support for significant client transactions by liaising with various professionals.
  3. Help clients establish utility and service accounts with third-party vendors.
  4. Assist in arranging background checks for potential domestic employees and setting up payroll and insurance coverage.
  5. Monitor client credit reports for any irregularities and address them promptly.
  6. Support additional projects and tasks as needed.

Organization and Record Management

  1. Utilize Salesforce for effective client information management.
  2. Document and develop procedures for handling client requests efficiently.
  3. Organize outstanding tasks and provide regular updates to senior team members.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS

  1. Financial Acumen: Understanding of financial concepts such as cash flow management, investment strategies, and estate planning.
  2. Technical Proficiency: Competence in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel, and familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce.
  3. Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain attention to detail in a dynamic environment.
  4. Self-Motivation: Capacity to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
  5. Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities, with a focus on effective client interactions.
  6. Process Improvement: A proactive approach to enhancing operational processes and recommending improvements.

TEAM DYNAMICS
