JJS Culinary Services Associate II - Full Time

In this role, you will be responsible for preparing nutritious meals for youth, clients, and staff. A Food Handler's permit is required (or you must obtain one during your employment with the State).

Key Responsibilities Prepares, cooks, and serves standard and/or specialized meals for clients and/or staff. Ensures food is kept at safe temperatures. Prepares salads, garnishes, and assists with basic food preparation or ordering. Distributes meals following proper food handling and sanitation practices. Adheres to food safety protocols and public health standards. Manages inventory effectively. Maintains accurate records of receipts. Cleans, sanitizes, and disinfects work areas and equipment. Utilizes cleaning agents, products, and equipment safely. Ideal Candidate Profile
We are looking for a proactive individual who enjoys cooking, adheres to recipes, and is committed to providing healthy meals to our youth.
Preferred Qualifications
Preference may be given to candidates aged 19 years or older.
