Job Overview

Key Responsibilities:

  • Travel extensively to drive new business growth and expansion
  • Target, qualify, and pursue leads in accordance with company strategy and techniques
  • Develop and implement effective business plans and strategies for assigned territory growth
  • Master value selling and ROI discussions to close new accounts
  • Provide accurate weekly forecasting and communicate regularly with Sales Management
  • Serve as the liaison between clients, Marketing, Sales Management, and other departments
  • Attend company meetings, trainings, tradeshows, events, and promotions

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Previous experience in prospecting, qualifying, and closing new accounts in a construction environment is preferred
  • Exceptional relationship and communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM experience preferred
  • Professional demeanor and strong work ethic
  • Motivated, driven personality with the ability to work autonomously to deliver results
