Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Representative to join our team at Client Direct Mortgage. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and market research.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, community organizations, and other stakeholders to drive business growth.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activity to inform business development strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute business plans, marketing campaigns, and sales strategies.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of real estate, mortgage banking, and financial services.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on results and customer satisfaction.
