Business Development Representative

Job Summary:The Business Development Specialist will be responsible for recruiting students into our CDL training program, developing and maintaining partnerships with trucking companies and local businesses, and managing accurate student databases and state files. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is looking to start their career in sales and business development and wants to be part of a dynamic and growing company.
Key Responsibilities:- Recruit students into our CDL training program through various channels, including in-office enrollment appointments and follow-up on potential student leads.
- Develop and maintain partnerships with trucking companies and local businesses to drive growth and expansion.
- Manage accurate student databases and state files, ensuring compliance with local regulations.
- Provide support to students from enrollment through graduation, including answering questions and addressing concerns.
- Manage day-to-day operations of the local 160 Driving Academy branch, including opening and closing the office.
- Sales or business development experience is a plus, but not required.
- Microsoft Office skills and Salesforce experience are a plus.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in management, business, or a related field.
