Staffosaurus is seeking a highly motivated Business Development Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales and marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to achieve budgeted goals for our facility.
Key Responsibilities- Establish and maintain relationships with mental health providers and community organizations to promote and represent our facility and provide access to treatment services.
- Identify potential clients and make referrals to our services to meet marketing goals.
- Compile competitive data and analyze within assigned geographical regions.
- Act as a liaison between our treatment team and referents.
- Conduct presentations and tours to showcase our company services offered.
- Submit timely expense reports, business development plans, and quarterly strategic sales plan updates.
- Previous outside sales or marketing experience in the field of addiction treatment and/or mental health.
- Clinical experience in behavioral health or addiction treatment.
- Strong computer skills, proficiency in CRM systems and other platforms.
- Self-starter with a strong ability to work independently with limited direction.
- Desire and passion to help benefit and serve the mental health and addiction community.
