Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage with pre-qualified leads to drive sales.
  • Organize and deliver listing presentations to prospective sellers.
  • Respond promptly to all leads and inquiries to expand our client base.
  • Assist sellers in pricing, staging, and marketing their properties to attract buyers effectively.
  • Maintain regular communication with clients to provide updates on their listings and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Schedule appointments efficiently.
  • Utilize database and CRM tools proficiently.
  • Employ sales scripts to optimize client interactions.
Qualifications:
  • Possession of a valid Real Estate License is mandatory.
