Position: Luxury Leasing Consultant

Location: Join us at our upscale residential community in Orlando, FL, featuring 280 luxurious units.

Key Qualifications: Experience in leasing within a luxury, Class A environment, proficiency in Yardi software, and outstanding customer service skills are essential. Bilingual candidates (English/Spanish) are preferred.

Working Hours: A mix of weekdays from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, including a one-hour lunch break. Weekend availability may be necessary based on property needs.

Requirements:
  • Education:

  1. 1-3 years of experience in luxury leasing and lease-up environments, with proficiency in Yardi software preferred.
  • Skills & Certifications:
  1. Proven phone sales and customer service abilities.
  2. Strong work ethic and customer-centric approach.
  3. Courteous, reliable, and positive demeanor.
  4. Attention to detail and effective follow-up techniques.
  5. Performance-driven mindset with adaptability to growth and change.
  6. Problem-solving skills and dependability.
  7. Professional appearance and personable communication style.
  8. Ability to excel in a customer-focused, collaborative environment.
  9. Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills are advantageous.
  10. Valid Driver's License is required.
