A DAY IN THE LIFE OF AN HVAC CLIENT SUPPORT SPECIALIST

In this pivotal role, you will be integral to the daily functions of our company. Your day will begin with answering incoming calls, where you will actively listen to customer inquiries and resolve their concerns.

You will also make outgoing calls to schedule appointments, follow up on previous service requests, and generate leads for our technicians. Your organizational skills will be essential as you manage parts orders, process warranties, and coordinate appointments for our maintenance agreement clients. Your dedication to customer satisfaction will contribute significantly to our business's success.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR AN HVAC CLIENT SUPPORT SPECIALIST
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Ability to address customer concerns professionally
Experience in HVAC is advantageous, and familiarity with ServiceTitan dispatch software is a plus. If you possess a positive attitude, excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively, you may be the ideal candidate for this role.

WORK SCHEDULE FOR AN HVAC CLIENT SUPPORT SPECIALIST

This position typically operates on a Monday - Friday, 8 AM - 4 PM schedule, with flexible hours available.
