Your Role:

As a Clinical Nurse Specialist, you will be instrumental in promoting the health, comfort, and overall well-being of our residents. Your key responsibilities will encompass:
  • Conducting thorough patient evaluations and formulating personalized care strategies
  • Administering prescribed medications and treatments
  • Monitoring and documenting vital signs and medical histories
  • Providing essential wound care and other nursing interventions
  • Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care delivery
  • Supervising and mentoring Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) and Certified Nurse Assistants (CNAs) in providing high-quality care

Compensation:
USD $51.56 /Hr

Qualifications:

To be considered for the Clinical Nurse Specialist position, candidates should possess:
  • A valid state license as a Registered Nurse (RN)
  • A compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care
  • An interest in the nursing needs of the elderly and chronically ill
  • Strong clinical skills and critical thinking abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • The ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
