About the Role:
The Guest Service Representative is the first point of contact for our guests, setting the tone for their entire stay. This role requires a positive disposition, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well under pressure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to their needs and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Manage the front desk, handling check-ins, check-outs, and room assignments.
- Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and communicate with guests in a professional and friendly manner.
- Work collaboratively with the maintenance and housekeeping teams to ensure that guest rooms are clean and well-maintained.
- Process payments, handle billing, and ensure that all financial transactions are accurate and up-to-date.
- Ensure the safety and security of our guests and staff, actively monitoring the hotel's surroundings and reporting any incidents or concerns.
About You:
We are looking for a Guest Service Representative who is adaptable, flexible, and able to work well in a fast-paced environment. You should be able to multitask, prioritize tasks, and maintain a positive attitude even in challenging situations.
