The Select Account Manager role at National Trench Safety is a key position that requires a proactive and strategic approach to account management.

This position involves cultivating and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships with a designated portfolio of high-value clients.

The Account Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for select accounts, understanding their business needs, and delivering tailored solutions to meet their objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and execute a comprehensive account program that aligns with client goals and drives mutual growth.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within assigned accounts to achieve revenue targets and expand the company's market presence.
  • Ensure high levels of client satisfaction by addressing issues promptly, providing exceptional service, and anticipating client needs.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams, including sales, marketing, operations, and engineering, to deliver integrated solutions and enhance client experience.
  • Lead contract negotiations, renewals, and pricing discussions to secure favorable terms and long-term agreements.
  • Monitor account performance, prepare regular reports, and provide data-driven insights to support strategic decision-making.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to develop and execute strategic account plans that drive growth and achieve client objectives.
  • Proficiency in analyzing data, preparing reports, and providing data-driven insights.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities and adapting to changing client needs.
  • Minimum 7 years' experience in a high-level strategic sales role preferably in the construction industry
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
  • Experience managing high-value accounts and building long-term client relationships
  • Travel requirement - 75%
