Salary

The estimated annual salary for this position is $120,000 - $180,000, depending on experience and qualifications.

Job Description

This Senior Sales Director will play a crucial role in driving the expansion of Believe's US operations. Working closely with the Global Head of LAS and the Global Head of Music, you will develop and implement a long-term sales strategy to increase revenue growth. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Budgeting and forecasting for global revenue
  • Identifying, targeting, and closing new business opportunities
  • Collaborating with Central platform to define M&A strategy
  • Analyzing market trends and competitive landscapes using data-driven insights
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 10-15+ years of leadership experience in the US music ecosystem, preferably with labels across various genres
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • A strong entrepreneurial mindset combined with global corporate requirements
  • Ability to foster a culture of continuous improvement aligned with Believe's guiding principles
  • Experience in developing coherent strategies to create new business opportunities and lead high-performance teams
