ACCUR Recruiting Services is seeking a highly skilled Luxury Fashion Growth Manager to lead the expansion of our client's US business. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the luxury fashion market and a proven track record in business development and sales.

Job Description

  • Manage existing retail locations, ensuring they maintain the brand's image and meet sales targets.
  • Identify opportunities to expand the brand's presence in the US market through partnerships with department stores, online pure players, and high-end independent boutiques.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders, buyers, and decision-makers in the fashion industry.
  • Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences to develop strategic plans and marketing strategies that drive growth.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to increase revenue and market share.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Fashion, or a related field. MBA preferred.
  • Proven track record in business development and sales within the luxury fashion industry.
  • Strong existing relationships with department stores and key players in the fashion industry.
  • Passion for high fashion and a keen eye for detail and quality.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to travel extensively across the United States.

Compensation Package

The estimated salary for this position is $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
