Job Title: Service Desk Analyst

Michael Page International is seeking a highly skilled Service Desk Analyst to join their team. As a Service Desk Analyst, you will be responsible for providing technical support to users, troubleshooting issues, and resolving problems in a timely and efficient manner.

About the Role:

This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a global investment firm specializing in alternative investments. You will be part of the Information Technology Department, working closely with the End User Support team to provide top-notch support to users.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support to users via phone, email, and in-person
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely and efficient manner
  • Collaborate with the End User Support team to ensure seamless support to users
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and advancements
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with users and stakeholders
Requirements:
  • Strong technical skills, with experience in Microsoft products and technologies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
