TEKsystems is seeking a highly skilled Service Desk Analyst to join our team. As a Service Desk Analyst, you will be the first point of contact for customers and will be responsible for providing technical support and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide technical support and resolve issues via phone, email, and chat
- Escalate complex issues to senior technicians or other teams as needed
- Document and track customer interactions and issues
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and improve processes
- 2+ years of experience in a technical support role
- Strong technical skills and knowledge of IT systems and software
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
