Job Title: Service Desk Analyst

TEKsystems is seeking a highly skilled Service Desk Analyst to join our team. As a Service Desk Analyst, you will be the first point of contact for customers and will be responsible for providing technical support and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support and resolve issues via phone, email, and chat
  • Escalate complex issues to senior technicians or other teams as needed
  • Document and track customer interactions and issues
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and improve processes
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in a technical support role
  • Strong technical skills and knowledge of IT systems and software
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
