Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Help Desk Analyst to join our team at Mitchell Martin. The successful candidate will provide technical support to our attorneys and business staff, ensuring seamless IT operations and exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Respond to and resolve technical issues via phone, email, and in-person support
Troubleshoot and maintain knowledge on a range of user problems, including PC software and applications, voice software, and mobile devices
Collaborate with internal IT teams to resolve hardware and software issues
Install and upgrade PC software as required
Participate in various IT projects and work with internal and external teams
Ensure all phases of the Help Desk are properly coordinated, documented, and resolved

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or relevant field experience
Strong knowledge of Microsoft products and other IT systems, especially those used in law firms
Experience in IT support and troubleshooting, preferably in a legal setting
Excellent customer service skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Proficient with MS Office 365, Windows 10-11, iManage Work 10, and other relevant software
