S&P Global's Private Market Solutions sector equips a wide array of private equity and venture capital entities to better manage their data and enhance internal analytics and insights.

This team is pivotal in the FinTech arena, addressing needs such as portfolio analytics, valuations, investor reporting, and real-time insights into operational metrics of specific assets.


Key Responsibilities and Contributions:
In this role, you will play an integral part in the support of the iLEVEL platform. You will cultivate essential FinTech expertise, becoming a vital member of the iLevel Support Team. Throughout this journey, you will build a valuable network of knowledge and support, engaging with mentors, colleagues, and broader teams. This is all aimed at enriching the exciting work you will undertake.

As a member of the Private Market Solutions sector, you will gain proficiency in our product suite (iLevel, Qval) to provide exceptional support and training to our clientele.

As a Product Support Associate, you will collaborate with team members across various business lines and regions to deliver optimal solutions for our clients.

Become proficient in all aspects of supported financial products (iLEVEL & QVal)
Deliver exemplary client service by providing timely and positive resolutions to client inquiries across all facets of application support
Efficiently troubleshoot client issues to resolution and escalate as necessary, collaborating with internal teams to document issues and provide effective solutions
Oversee all incoming support channels to promptly address client inquiries, managing multiple requests concurrently.
Document all client-reported questions or issues, maintaining written and verbal communication in our internal CRM system.
Engage directly with senior management regularly, collaborating with colleagues across various business lines and regions.

Compensation and Benefits Overview:

S&P Global indicates that the anticipated base salary range for this position is $

41,990.00 to $69, with the final base salary determined by the individual's geographic location, experience level, skill set, training, licenses, and certifications.

In addition to base compensation, this role is eligible for an annual incentive plan.

Candidate Profile:

Essential Qualifications:


The ideal candidate is curious and a quick learner of new technologies and financial products, with the ability to effectively communicate and engage clients.

They are detail-oriented, enjoy solving complex problems, and can provide step-by-step solutions.
Ability to quickly learn new technologies & financial products
Ability to absorb and apply new information, instructions, or procedures while seamlessly performing current job tasks
0-3 years of relevant client-facing experience is advantageous
A Bachelor's degree or Master's degree (or equivalent)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Comfortable dealing with challenging concepts and complexities
A solid foundation in Excel skills and a good understanding of financial markets and securities.

Preferred Qualifications:
Familiarity with API (REST & SOAP API) is a plus.

Work Authorization Requirements:
This role is limited to individuals with indefinite right to work in the United States.
