As a Client Support Specialist, you will uphold outstanding customer service while delivering remote assistance for client inquiries regarding lost or damaged devices, ensuring that customer concerns are addressed promptly to restore their connectivity in this rapidly evolving, technology-driven environment. Compensation is set at $16.00 per hour.

**What we require:**

- High school diploma or GED

- Flexibility to work various shifts as needed (including evenings, weekends, or holidays)

- A minimum of 6 months of prior customer service experience

- Technical proficiency to successfully complete our readiness assessment

- Willingness to undergo and pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening

- Call center experience is advantageous but not mandatory
