Role Responsibilities

As a Solutions Architect, you will collaborate with various stakeholders, including Commerce Studio Pre-Sales, Sales, Delivery, and external customer teams throughout the customer lifecycle. You will also work closely with Senior Management to define and enhance our Solution Architecture practice.

  • Design innovative eCommerce solutions during pre-sales and post-sales phases, adhering to industry-leading best practices in technology, features, performance, and scalability.
  • Lead the technical design of client solutions, participating in project discovery and definition workshops, creating scope and development estimates, and documenting requirements and designs.
  • Guide and mentor partners, customers, and developers throughout the implementation lifecycle.
  • Provide technical resolutions for complex challenges.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of processes and methodologies within the Services Delivery team.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Engineering and R&D to provide insights and support the evolution of our product library.
  • Effectively present proposals to executive-level clients in a clear and persuasive manner.
  • Partner with Senior Management to define and enhance processes and methodologies within the Solution Architecture practice.
  • Engage with global cross-functional teams to streamline implementation processes.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 3 years in a Solution Architecture or Technical/Implementation Consultant role, with experience in consulting or professional services.
  • Proficient in designing and implementing comprehensive IT solutions in e-Commerce, particularly with Salesforce B2B and/or Commerce Tools.
  • Hands-on experience in integration architecture, including iPaaS, API Gateways, ETL, ESB, and related technologies (e.g., REST, SOAP, JSON, XML).
  • Experience in a consultancy or technology organization, advising clients on best practices.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a track record of collaborating with sales teams to convert opportunities into successful deals.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (both spoken and written), with the ability to produce clear analyses and conclusions based on customer workshops and data.
  • Adept at quickly learning new concepts and technologies and translating them into effective customer solutions.
