E-Commerce Sales Manager

Position Overview

The E-Commerce Sales Manager will oversee and enhance online sales performance for Clinique across a variety of department store partnerships. This role involves collaboration with key retailers to drive strategic initiatives and optimize the online shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage comprehensive Retailer Refresh and Side by Side Calendars to ensure alignment with sales objectives.
  • Continuously update and distribute Retailer Refresh Calendars to maintain a dynamic and engaging online presence.
  • Create an exceptional brand boutique experience by producing conversion-focused assets, including product descriptions, images, and educational content.
  • Analyze sales performance to meet fiscal targets, identifying opportunities for market share growth and brand differentiation.
  • Collaborate with field teams to implement promotional activities and merchandising strategies effectively.
  • Engage with retail partners to strategize promotional participation and seasonal planning.
  • Conduct regular meetings with retailers to discuss online performance, product launches, and other relevant business topics.
  • Coordinate the procurement of samples for retailer programs, ensuring timely delivery and effective bundling.
  • Oversee the execution and quality assurance of promotional plans for retail partners, measuring the success of online marketing efforts.
  • Provide insights and recommendations for website enhancements based on retailer analytics and overall sales strategies.
  • Manage Sponsored Product Campaigns to boost business with select retailers.
  • Prepare monthly business recaps highlighting successful initiatives and collaborating with teams on strategies to address any challenges.
  • Assist in creating presentation materials for upper management to communicate business performance and strategic plans.

Qualifications:

Applicants should possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in retail, online marketing, or e-commerce. A college degree is required. Candidates must demonstrate a strong understanding of retail business practices and e-commerce strategies, with the ability to communicate effectively across various teams. Attention to detail, organizational skills, and proficiency in MS Office are essential. Familiarity with online marketing, merchandising, and data analysis tools will be advantageous.

This position is full-time and operates during standard business hours.
