Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee digital initiatives aimed at driving traffic, boosting sales, and enhancing conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with design and development teams to improve website user experience and interface.
  • Manage customer engagement pathways to maximize conversion efficiency.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and technological advancements to enhance website performance.
  • Utilize data analytics to formulate strategies that meet performance indicators.
  • Partner with the sales department to develop retail marketing initiatives.
  • Monitor key performance metrics and manage financial resources effectively.
  • Design and implement comprehensive content marketing strategies across multiple platforms.
  • Engage with brand advocates, influencers, and culinary experts for content collaboration.
  • Plan and execute targeted marketing campaigns for seasonal promotions.
  • Maintain relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in content marketing within a direct-to-consumer framework.
  • Proven track record in crafting digital marketing strategies.
  • Familiarity with web design principles and analytical tools.
  • Background in marketing with a technical understanding being advantageous.
  • Expertise in UX design, Google Analytics, and Shopify.
  • Knowledge of various digital marketing channels including PPC, SEO, social media, display advertising, and affiliate marketing.
