Your Role: E-Commerce Specialist

As the E-Commerce Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our online presence. You will play a crucial role in driving sales, enhancing customer experience, and shaping our digital strategy.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Site Development & Merchandising: Design and execute the customer journey across our e-commerce platforms, ensuring a seamless experience from discovery to purchase. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Inventory) to align campaigns for new brand/product launches.
  • Product Management: Oversee the entire product lifecycle online, including listing, merchandising, updates, and delisting. Manage the site calendar to ensure alignment with overall brand strategy and focus.
  • Content & Visuals: Create compelling content and manage site publishing for daily, seasonal, and special project launches. Work closely with the visual team to curate product assortments and enhance storytelling through visuals.
  • Data Accuracy & Parity: Maintain accurate product information across all platforms and ensure consistency with our physical showrooms.
E-Commerce Optimization
  • Analytics & Reporting: Analyze website traffic, customer behavior, and sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. Generate reports to track performance and inform strategic decisions.
  • SEO & SEM: Implement strategies to improve search engine visibility and drive organic traffic. Manage paid advertising campaigns to reach target audiences effectively.
  • Customer Experience: Continuously evaluate and enhance the customer experience on our e-commerce platforms, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable shopping journey.

Your Skills & Qualifications

Experience with website analytics tools, SEO/SEM strategies, and e-commerce platforms is essential.
