Job Overview

Saluda Medical is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Manager to lead the commercial execution and clinical performance of our Evoke therapy across the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute territory strategies to drive sales growth and clinical adoption of Evoke therapy.
  • Manage sales geography, clinician training activities, sales tactics, and market development strategies.
  • Identify business opportunities, ensure effective utilization and penetration of Evoke systems, and lead the expansion of relationships with key opinion leaders and customers.
  • Drive the overall growth agenda, go-to-market plans, and execute core messaging.
  • Facilitate the collection and dissemination of competitive intel and conduct real-world market research to inform marketing messages and product development.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of relevant business experience, minimum 3 years prior medical device sales experience.
  • Documented sales success.
  • Bachelor's degree or 5+ years previous programmable implantable device sales experience.
  • 3+ years previous device experience within operating room and strong prior patient follow-up interaction.
  • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time, including overnights.
