Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute territory strategies to drive sales growth and clinical adoption of Evoke therapy.
- Manage sales geography, clinician training activities, sales tactics, and market development strategies.
- Identify business opportunities, ensure effective utilization and penetration of Evoke systems, and lead the expansion of relationships with key opinion leaders and customers.
- Drive the overall growth agenda, go-to-market plans, and execute core messaging.
- Facilitate the collection and dissemination of competitive intel and conduct real-world market research to inform marketing messages and product development.
- 3+ years of relevant business experience, minimum 3 years prior medical device sales experience.
- Documented sales success.
- Bachelor's degree or 5+ years previous programmable implantable device sales experience.
- 3+ years previous device experience within operating room and strong prior patient follow-up interaction.
- Ability to travel up to 50% of the time, including overnights.
- Driven: highly proactive, self-motivated, resilient problem solver.
- Intelligent: quick thinker, easily grasps technical concepts, and ability to clearly understand customer needs.
- Organized: ability to handle multiple tasks/responsibilities with ease, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
