Job Title: Vice President of Ninja Marketing

At SharkNinja, we're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Vice President of Ninja Marketing to lead the commercialization and go-to-market strategy for our Ninja Thirsti and Beverage business. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to expand into new categories, foster growth in existing ones, and support execution for global markets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Marketing Strategy Development: Build and lead the marketing organization to develop and execute go-to-market plans, including product marketing positioning across all consumer touchpoints.
  • Brand Architecture: Identify global brand architecture for main unit and flavor to continue to expand assortment in all channels and optimize based on consumer journey insights.
  • Performance Tracking: Partner with retail and digital teams to track on-shelf sell-through performance, audience shopper profiles, and fuel insights to drive flavor roadmap and household retention.
  • Sell-in Strategy: Work with sales and category management for sell-in strategy, retailer placement, and channel management across key launches.
  • Commercialization Strategies: Communicate and review all commercialization strategies with the executive team, present insights, and recommendations, and align on a path forward.
  • Global Expansion: Develop strategies and business cases for global expansion in partnership with consumer insights, product development, and sales.
  • P&L Management: Work with cross-functional leadership teams on the global P&L management of the Ninja Thirsti ecosystem and revenue model.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of brand marketers to implement on-time and on-brand execution of all key initiatives, campaigns, and deliverables.
  • Brand Guidelines: Develop and execute brand guidelines to ensure a cohesive brand experience across all potential internal and external audience touchpoints.
  • Consumer Insights: Develop consumer insights to not only ideate new products but also to optimize the products throughout the commercialization process; lead innovation testing to prove out ideas with consumers.
Requirements:
  • Marketing Experience: Minimum of 15+ years of prior marketing experience required, preferably with direct responsibility for brand strategy, messaging, commercialization, and P&L management.
  • Consumer Products Experience: Deep experience with consumable products (e.g., food and beverage marketing) and/or deep experience in CPG marketing.
  • Team Management: Experience in managing, building, and growing teams in a global context.
  • Consumer Insights: Experience leveraging consumer insights to develop effective marketing programs and campaigns.
  • Creative Strategy: Experience in creative strategy development, advertising, and launching new products.
  • Global Expansion: Experience in launching products globally across several different markets.
  • Education: Bachelors required and MBA preferred.
