Job Title: Digital Performance Marketing Vice President

SharkNinja is seeking a highly experienced Digital Performance Marketing Vice President to lead our digital marketing efforts in the Americas region. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive digital marketing strategy to drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a data-driven digital marketing strategy to drive business growth and customer engagement.
  • Lead a high-performing team of digital marketing professionals to execute campaigns and optimize customer journeys.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of digital marketing efforts with broader business objectives.
  • Manage relationships with external agencies and technology partners to deliver high-quality results aligned with SharkNinja's goals.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
  • Proven success in leading performance marketing and loyalty initiatives, preferably within consumer products, e-commerce, or tech.
  • Strong experience in the Americas market, understanding regional nuances and consumer behavior trends.
  • Deep expertise in digital performance marketing, including Paid Search, Paid Social, Display, SEO, and Affiliate marketing.
  • Proficiency in marketing analytics, data management, and CRM systems.
