Job Title: Senior Vice President of Consumer Growth and Marketing

PlayOn Sports is seeking a highly skilled Senior Vice President of Consumer Growth and Marketing to drive consumer acquisition and lifetime value through impactful marketing efforts. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to maximize consumer growth and retention.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive consumer acquisition and retention
  • Lead cross-functional teams to optimize marketing efforts and maximize consumer lifetime value
  • Manage and analyze consumer data to inform marketing decisions and optimize channel mix
  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to align growth initiatives with company goals
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including C-suite and board members
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in driving consumer growth and retention through innovative marketing strategies
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire high-performing teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with employees at all levels
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, growth-stage company with a consumer target market
