Job Title: Vice President, Digital Performance Marketing & Loyalty

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Vice President, Digital Performance Marketing & Loyalty to lead our digital marketing efforts in the Americas region. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive digital marketing strategy to drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Digital Performance Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement a data-driven digital marketing strategy to optimize customer journeys, maximize return on ad spend, and improve overall digital channel performance.
  • Loyalty and Customer Retention: Design and implement innovative loyalty programs to increase customer lifetime value and brand advocacy, leveraging data and customer insights to segment audiences and create tailored campaigns.
  • Cross-Channel Optimization: Lead omnichannel marketing efforts to ensure consistency across digital, social, mobile, and email platforms, optimizing channel mix for customer acquisition and retention.
  • Leadership & Team Management: Build and lead a high-performing team of digital marketing and loyalty professionals, providing mentorship and career development opportunities, and fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
  • Proven success in leading performance marketing and loyalty initiatives, preferably within consumer products, e-commerce, or tech.
  • Strong experience in the Americas market, understanding regional nuances and consumer behavior trends.
