Key Responsibilities:- Manage a high volume of phone calls and respond to customer inquiries
- Enter customer data into our system and maintain accurate records
- Draft and send proposals to customers
- Process invoices and accounts receivable
- Handle accounts payable and maintain financial records
- Scan and copy administrative paperwork as needed
- Perform light accounting tasks and assist with financial reporting
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Proficiency in computer software, including word processing, spreadsheets, and email
- At least 3 years of customer service experience in a service industry
- Basic accounting skills, including accounts receivable and payable
- Experience with QuickBooks is a plus
- Knowledge of computer-aided design programs, such as Sketchup, is a plus
