We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Administrative Office Assistant to join our team at Homeliving Network LLC in Chantilly, VA. As a key member of our showroom team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling administrative tasks, and supporting our sales team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a high volume of phone calls and respond to customer inquiries
  • Enter customer data into our system and maintain accurate records
  • Draft and send proposals to customers
  • Process invoices and accounts receivable
  • Handle accounts payable and maintain financial records
  • Scan and copy administrative paperwork as needed
  • Perform light accounting tasks and assist with financial reporting
Requirements:
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

  • Basic accounting skills, including accounts receivable and payable
  • Experience with QuickBooks is a plus
  • Knowledge of computer-aided design programs, such as Sketchup, is a plus
