Are you passionate about creating delightful dining experiences?

At Jerome Village Bar & Grill, we take pride in our commitment to hospitality and teamwork. We are on the lookout for both part-time and full-time Culinary Team Members to join our kitchen staff. Our operational hours span from 11am to 8pm, with shifts commencing at 10am and concluding at 9pm based on business needs.

Compensation begins at $15.00 to $17.00 per hour, based on experience. We seek individuals with strong customer service abilities, culinary preparation experience, and a genuine desire to enhance our guests' experiences. Applicants must be at least 16 years old and available to work evenings and weekends.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the manager on duty to establish daily preparation requirements.
  • Adhere to company recipes and protocols when preparing or cooking meals.
  • Maintain a clean, efficient, and organized workspace.
  • Prepare menu items at the appropriate temperatures within designated timeframes.
  • Uphold high standards of hygiene and personal appearance.
  • Assist in managing costs and minimizing waste.
  • Consistently practice good sanitation and safety protocols.
  • Take ownership of kitchen equipment and its maintenance.
  • Work collaboratively and professionally with other restaurant departments.
  • Participate in opening and closing duties and assist with cleaning tasks as needed.
  • Perform additional tasks as requested by management.

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1 year of previous experience as a line cook.
