Position Title: BOH Team Member

Reporting Structure:
Reports directly to the Kitchen Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with daily kitchen preparation and operational tasks.
  • Ensure compliance with established quality and safety standards.
  • Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of designated work areas, including all kitchen equipment.
  • Guarantee that each kitchen station is adequately stocked with necessary tools, supplies, and equipment to meet operational demands.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:
  • At least 1 year of experience in a kitchen environment (preferred).
  • Availability to work evenings and weekends.
