Key Responsibilities:

  • Uphold a clean and safe workspace.
  • Assist the Head Chef and Sous Chef with various tasks as needed.
  • Prepare and stock food items and necessary supplies.
  • Execute food preparation by cutting, chopping, mixing, and assembling ingredients.
  • Cook food items using various methods such as grilling, frying, and sautéing according to established recipes and standards.
  • Ensure cleanliness and compliance with food safety regulations by properly handling and storing food items.
  • Clean and sanitize cooking areas at the end of each shift.
  • Communicate effectively with the service team to enhance the speed of service.
  • Be approachable, supportive, and promote teamwork.
  • Assist fellow team members and engage actively as part of the team.
  • Adapt to the dynamic demands of the operation by performing various functions as needed.
  • Adhere to all operational standards, policies, and procedures.
  • Work efficiently to meet business needs.
