Laird Noller Dealerships is a family-owned and operated company with over 60 years of experience in the automotive industry. We are seeking a skilled and experienced Automotive Technician to join our team.
About the RoleWe are looking for a dependable and experienced Automotive Technician to work with us. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for performing oil changes, tire rotations, fluid exchanges, tire mounting, small bulb replacement, battery testing and installation, and performing complete inspections on all makes and models.
Key Responsibilities- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes and tire rotations
- Conduct thorough inspections of vehicles to identify any issues or problems
- Diagnose and repair complex mechanical issues
- Work with a team to achieve high-level customer satisfaction
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized work environment
We offer a competitive salary, up to $40.00/hour, based on experience. We also provide a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off. Additionally, we offer opportunities for professional development and growth within the company.
RequirementsTo be considered for this role, you must have at least 5 years of prior relevant experience. You should be able to lift up to 75 to 100 lbs and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
