As a key member of the Fromm Electric team, the Outside Sales Account Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth and building strong relationships with our residential customers. Key Responsibilities- Act as the primary point of contact for all account-specific matters, ensuring timely and effective resolution of customer concerns.

- Prepare and present sales contracts to customers, coordinating with relevant departments as needed.

- Stay up-to-date on existing and emerging products and technologies, applying this knowledge to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
- Participate in sales planning and review activities, providing valuable insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Attend sales meetings, training sessions, and industry-related events to stay informed and network with peers.
- Coordinate with staff members in other departments to ensure seamless account management and customer satisfaction.
- Report competitive conditions and customer feedback to management, informing strategic decisions and driving business growth.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; 5+ years of sales experience in the residential industry preferred.
- Extensive product knowledge of relevant products and services.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Strong negotiation and selling skills, with a proven track record of driving sales growth and customer satisfaction.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment, with a strong focus on collaboration and customer-centricity.
- Good time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record, with a willingness to travel to customer locations within a specific geographic area.
This role requires a primarily sedentary work environment (75%), with occasional travel to customer locations. The ability to work around construction sites and lift, carry, and transport materials up to 25 lbs. is also required.
